NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE LINDA MAR PUMP STATION UPGRADE PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Daniel Patten, Engineering Manager of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to Liffey Electric, Inc. on October 29, 2021, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 15th day of October 2024 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the January 26, 2026, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is The Ohio Insurance Company.
That said work consists, generally of providing upgrades to the existing motor control center (MCC) and the programmable logic control (PLC) systems, including replacing several control components utilizing older technology, like the control panel for the existing natural gas engine-driven pumping equipment.
