NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE LOWER LINDA MAR SEWER R&R PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Daniel Patten, P.E., Public Works Interim Deputy Director of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to Ranger Pipelines on May 28, 2024, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 14th day of January 2026 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 9th day of March, 2026, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
That said work consists generally, of replacing existing sewer mains with new pipes and rehabilitating manholes to improve system reliability and reduce the risks of sanitary sewer spills as well as inflow and infiltration (I&I).
