NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA
FOR THE ROCKAWAY PUMP STATION R&R PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Dan Patten, Interim Public Works Deputy Director of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to Blocka Construction, Inc, on April 7, 2025, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 30th day of January 2026 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 23rd day of March, 2026, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
That said work consists generally, of installing a temporary portable emergency engine generator unit to improve the pump station’s reliability to provide backup power in the event of loss of Utility (PG&E) power and reduce the risks of sanitary sewer spills.
