NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA FOR THE VALLEMAR PHASE II EMERGENCY SANITARY
SEWER REHABILITATION AND REPAIR PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Daniel Patten, P.E., Public Works Interim Deputy Director of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to Ranger Pipelines on November 14, 2026, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 18th day of March 2026 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 26th day of May, 2026, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
That said work consists generally, of replacing existing and damaged sewer mains with new pipes and rehabilitating manholes to improve system reliability and reduce the risks of sanitary sewer spills.
