SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
This Second Amendment to Agreement for Consultant Services (the "Second Amendment") is made and entered into this ___ day of _________ 2026, by and between THE CITY OF PACIFICA, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") and Environmental Science Associates, a California Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on August 12, 2024, CITY and CONSULTANT entered into that certain Agreement for Consultant Services provide mapping
update services associated with the City's draft Local Coastal Land Use Plan (LCLUP) and related services; and
WHEREAS CITY and CONSULTANT now desire to enter into this Second Amendment to extend the effective date of the agreement.
AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, for the considerations hereinafter set forth, the parties hereby amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Section 3.1 of the Agreement, "Effective Date" is hereby amended to read as follows:
Effective Date. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution of the second signature and shall remain in full force and effect until the Services are completed (the 'Term"). CONSULTANT agrees to complete all services by June 30, 2027.
2. Agreement in Effect. Except as amended by this Second Amendment, the terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
3. Counterpart Signatures. This Second Amendment may be signed in multiple counterparts which, when signed by all parties, shall constitute a binding agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment as of the date set forth above.
