A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PACIFICA ACCEPTING ANNUAL REVIEW OF THE CITY’S THE INVESTMENT POLICY AND ADOPTING THE INVESTMENT POLICY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27
WHEREAS, California Code Section 53646 (a) (2) requires City Council annual review and approval of the Investment Policy; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the City's Investment Policy in August 2017 and has conducted periodic reviews and updates thereafter; and WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the investment policy to ensure any necessary updates have been incorporated; and
WHEREAS, proposed revisions are shown in redline format for ease of review; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pacifica that it hereby approves the City of Pacifica’s Investment Policy with changes for FY 2026-27 as contained in Exhibit A attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pacifica, California, held on the 22nd day of June 2026.
