MASTER AGREEMENT FOR BIOSOLIDS SERVICES
AMENDMENT NO. 3
This AMENDMENT NUMBER 3 is entered into as of the 13th day of July 2026 (“Amendment No. 3”), by and between the CITY OF PACIFICA, herein called the “City,” and SYNAGRO WEST LLC. hereinafter called the “Consultant.” City and Consultant may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
RECITALS
A. WHEREAS, City and Consultant entered into a Master Agreement for Biosolids Services on August 14th, 2023 for providing Biosolids Services; and B. WHEREAS the Master Agreement identified an end of term date in Section 3.1 as C. WHEREAS the Amendment No. 1 was entered on August 12, 2024; and D. WHEREAS the Amendment No. 2 was entered on July 14, 2025; and E. WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend that date to December 31, 2028.
AGREEMENT
A. Amendment. The Parties agree that the Master Agreement shall be amended as set forth below.
1. Section 3.1 “Effective Date”. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution of the second signature and shall remain in full force and effect until December 31, 2028 (the “Term”).
2. Agreement in Effect. All other provisions of the original Master Agreement, except as amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect. [Signatures on Next Page]
