NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA FOR THE CALERA CREEK WATER RECYCLING PLANT ADMIN BUILDING ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION PROJECT (P0039)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Melissa Tigbao, Public Works Director of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to KONE Inc. on August 11, 2025 has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 2nd day of June 2026 and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 13th day of July, 2026, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland.
That said work consists generally, of modernizing the elevator in the admin building at the Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant to fix the various maintenance issues and get the electric and fire life safety systems up to city and state code.
