NOTICE OF COMPLETION
CITY OF PACIFICA FOR THE UV DISINFECTION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT
PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California, by Melissa Tigbao, Public Works Director of the City of Pacifica, California, that the contract awarded to Anvil Builders Inc. on May 28, 2024 has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for said work filed with the City Clerk, and approved by the City Council of said City.
That said work and improvements were actually completed on the 10 th day of March 2026
and that acceptance of completion of said work was ordered by the City Council of said City, adopted on the 13th day of July, 2026, and that the name of the surety on the contractor's bond for labor and materials on said project is Western Surety Company.
That said work consists generally, of replacing the existing Calera Creek Treatment Plant UV Disinfection System with a new more efficient and effective system to improve quality and energy consumption while also allowing the city to provide better maintenance to the system without interruption.
