1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Palm Desert City Council will convene for a Study Session on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Palm Desert Civic Center, 73510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, with in-person access to the meeting location. The purpose of this Study Session is to receive a presentation on Broadband, a preliminary update on the North Sphere Park design, and to provide feedback on allowing right-of-way encroachments for railings and planters for outdoor dining within the Downtown and Downtown Overlay Districts. Any resulting recommendations will be considered at an upcoming Regular City Council Meeting.
2. Pursuant to Assembly Bill 2449, this meeting may be conducted by teleconference. The Study Session is accessible in person or on the City’s website at www.palmdesert.gov under the Council Agenda link at the top of the page.
