You may provide comments by registering with the City Clerk's Office at (760) 323-8204 no later than 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27th, to be added to the public comment queue. Zoom instructions will be provided via email in response to registration.

3. PUBLIC COMMENT: The City Council welcomes public input. This time has been set aside for members of the public to address the City Council on only agenda items. Two (2) minutes will be assigned to each speaker.
4. INTERVIEW AND APPOINT APPLICANTS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION, MEASURE "J" COMMISSION AND HISTORIC SITE PRESERVATION BOARD RECOMMENDATION:
1. Interview the applicants for the Planning Commission, Measure “J” Commission and Historic Site Preservation Board.
2. Appoint three (3) members to the Planning Commission for terms ending June 30, 2026.
3. Appoint six (6) members and two (2) alternates to the Measure “J” Commission for one (1) term ending June 30, 2025, and five (5) members and two (2) alternate terms ending June 30, 2026.
4. Appoint six (6) members to the Historic Site Preservation Board for two (2) terms ending June 30, 2025, and four (4) terms ending June 30, 2026.
