1. CALL TO ORDER:
A Closed Session Meeting of the Palm Springs City Council was called to order by Mayor deHarte on Fri day, March 7, 2025, at 9:10 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmembers David Ready, GraceElena Garner, andJeffrey Bernstein; Mayor Pro Tem Naomi Soto; and Mayor Ron deHarte.
Absent: None.
City Staff
Present: Scott Stiles, City Manager; TeresaGallavan, AssistantCity Manager; Cindy Cairns, Special Assistant to the City Manager; and Brenda Pree, City Clerk, were present at Roll Call.
