I am writing to respectfully request authorization for Açaí Oasis, located in Palm Springs (144 S Palm Canyon Dr), CA, to obtain a Type 20 license for the sale of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) for off-site consumption.
As part of enhancing our customer experience, we would like to offer a limited selection of small bottles of wine and champagne on a grab-and-go basis.
This addition is intended to provide our clientele with a convenient option to complement their meals and special occasions, while remaining consistent with our brand’s focus on quality and lifestyle. The alcohol sales will not be the main focus of our business, but rather a small, carefully curated selection to better serve our customers.

Our staff will be properly trained to ensure responsible service, including checking valid identification for all purchases.
