I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A. Palm Springs Swim Center Improvement Programming Services has been completed after a series of Open Houses with the public and design adjustments.
The approved Programming and Concept site plan presented at Open House dated April 23, 2024, completed T ask Order 2 and served as the base for the architect to complete Schematic Design Services for renovations of the swim center and entrance ramp at Pavilion southern Courtyard/Swim Center Site enclosure with presentation and package dated 01OCT24 which also completed T ask Order 3.
B. CPS Engineering Staff requested IDC to gather/develop a proposal for the scope of services for the completion of the Palm Springs Swim Center Improvements using schematic design package dated 01OCT24 with the understanding that the existing utility and site conditions were not evaluated and incorporated.
