A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP
39219 TO SUBDIVIDE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY
LOCATED AT APN 680 -020-036, GENE AUTRY TRAIL
(1400-1500 BLOCK), IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 4
SOUTH, RANGE 5 EAST.
WHEREAS, on May 28, 2025 the Planning Services Director determined that the proposed subdivision did not require going before the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Springs; and
WHEREAS, the City has filed the subdivision of existing vacant City -owned land, identified as Parcel Map 39219, in accordance with Section 66458 of the California Government Code.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Parcel Map 39219 is in conformance with the General Plan
SECTION 2. Parcel Map 39219 conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California.
SECTION 3. Parcel Map 39219 is hereby approved for purposes therein defined.
