DESIGNATED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT(S)
GENERAL AGGREGATE LIMIT
This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following:
COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART/FORM
SCHEDULE
Designated Construction Project(s) :
All persons or organizations when required by contract or agreement.
Information required to complete this Schedule, if not shown above, will be shown in the Declarations.
A. For all sums which the insured becomes legally
obligated to pay as damages caused by "occur-
rences" under Section I – Coverage A, and for all
medical expenses caused by accidents under
Section I – Coverage C, which can be attributed
only to ongoing operations at a single designated
construction project shown in the Schedule above:
1. A separate Designated Construction Project
General Aggregate Limit applies to each des-
ignated construction project, and that limit is
equal to the amount of the General Aggregate
Limit shown in the Declarations.
2. The Designated Construction Project General
Aggregate Limit is the most we will pay for the
sum of all damages under Coverage A, except
damages because of "bodily injury" or "prop-
erty damage" included in the "products-com-
pleted operations hazard", and for medical ex-
penses under Coverage C regardless of the
number of:
a. Insureds;
b. Claims made or "suits" brought; or
c. Persons or organizations making claims or
bringing "suits".
3. Any payments made under Coverage A for
damages or under Coverage C for medical ex-
penses shall reduce the Designated Construc-
tion Project General Aggregate Limit for that
designated construction project. Such pay-
ments shall not reduce the General Aggregate
Limit shown in the Declarations nor shall they
reduce any other Designated Construction
Project General Aggregate Limit for any other
designated construction project shown in the
Schedule above.
4. The limits shown in the Declarations for Each
Occurrence, Damage To Premises Rented To
You and Medical Expense continue to apply.
However, instead of being subject to the Gen-
eral Aggregate Limit shown in the Declara-
tions, such limits will be subject to the applica-
ble Designated Construction Project General
Aggregate Limit.
MWZY311376-24
DocuSign Envelope ID: F7BDD213-9E93-4B7D-A434-9BA3C427A87B
B. For all sums which the insured becomes legally
obligated to pay as damages caused by "occur-
rences" under Section I – Coverage A, and for all
medical expenses caused by accidents under
Section I – Coverage C, which cannot be at-
tributed only to ongoing operations at a single des-
ignated construction project shown in the Sched-
ule above:
1. Any payments made under Coverage A for
damages or under Coverage C for medical ex-
penses shall reduce the amount available un-
der the General Aggregate Limit or the Prod-
ucts-completed Operations Aggregate Limit,
whichever is applicable; and
2. Such payments shall not reduce any Desig-
nated Construction Project General Aggregate
Limit.
C. When coverage for liability arising out of the "prod- ucts-completed operations hazard" is provided,
any payments for damages because of "bodily in-
jury" or "property damage" included in the "prod-
ucts-completed operations hazard" will reduce the
Products-completed Operations Aggregate Limit,
and not reduce the General Aggregate Limit nor
the Designated Construction Project General Ag-
gregate Limit.
D. If the applicable designated construction project
has been abandoned, delayed, or abandoned and
then restarted, or if the authorized contracting par-
ties deviate from plans, blueprints, designs, spec-
ifications or timetables, the project will still be
deemed to be the same construction project.
E. The provisions of Section III – Limits Of Insurance not otherwise modified by this endorsement shall

What makes Lloyd Pest Control unique?
Since 1931, Lloyd Pest Control has been providing Southern California businesses with quick and effective solutions, delivered by an award-winning customer service staff.

All of our training and continuing education classes are led by our entomologist, biologist, and Quality Control department.
We stand behind our work with industry-best guarantees.
Our experience and dedication have given us the confidence to offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you don’t love our service, we’ll refund every penny that you’ve paid us. 24-hour emergency response.
We have grown to become the largest pest control provider in our service area - our technicians are always nearby when you need them.
Centralized billing. Service slips, reports at the ready… 24/7.
Our technicians enter service details into handheld devices that are synched each day with your own personalized customer portal. Log on to view details of your services. We can consolidate or separate accounts billing per your need.
52% of our new customers are referrals.
Our customers trust us - and they believe in our ability to help their neighbors and colleagues.
Most of our new customers are referred to us by existing customers. We are winners of the Angie’s List Super Service Award – and have been designated a “People Love Us On Yelp” business.
We build our reputation by protecting yours.
Property managers - especially here in Southern California - are in a vulnerable position in the online marketplace. Map-linked reviews, social media and other online sites are viewed by commercial tenants when searching for properties. Most pest infestations aren’t born inside the buildings. They’re imported. They come in with crates and boxes, or they find their way inside while foraging near outside doors and sanitation areas. It’s important to have a pest control partner that’s got your back.
Dedicated account management.
Your dedicated commercial account manager works with our service staff to assess your needs now - and moving forward, so that we’re all ready when new challenges arrive at your loading door.
BrandSecure: inspections and targeted treatments.
With each visit we monitor pest activity, and assess trends and vulnerabilities. We provide targeted treatments for roaches, ants and other occasional invaders. And we partner with you to remove any conducive conditions - inside or outside.
Fly baiting strategies.
We craft a game plan utilizing insect monitors and we employ a cutting-edge baiting strategy in the areas where flies congregate.
Not just the standard crawl-y pests.
Lloyd Pest Control offers solutions for termites, bed bugs, and gophers. We also provide for the removal of nuisance wildlife and birds.
Quality Control inspections & bar-coded stations.
Our QC department conducts inspections at commercial accounts to ensure that we are providing the highest quality of service. Treatment protocols are designed by our in-house entomologist. We bar-code equipment for tracking and reporting.
Programs to assist in training your staff.
Our technical staff is happy to provide programs and classes to help train your employees in partnering with our pest control and sanitation efforts.
3rd party audits & health department inspections.
We provide reporting and support materials to assist you in 3rd party audits for certifications, and to provide proof of your best practices for handling health department inquiries or complaints.
The best pest service for your properties - guaranteed! There are two reasons that we offer the strongest property management guarantees in the pest control industry. We believe in the quality of our service. And we want you to see the degree to which we stand behind our work. We are proud to offer you the following guarantee:
100% money-back guarantee.
We are so certain that you’ll be ecstatic with Lloyd Pest Control that we invite you to use us for 90 days. If you don’t love our service, we will refund every penny that you’ve paid us.
Exclusion work must be performed within ten (10) days. Not doing the exclusion work will void our guarantee.

Lloyd Pest Control is not responsible for Non-Target consumption of rodenticide.
