CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER SUMMARY
The work was completed without performing several bid items because they were either unnecessary or replaced by approved alternatives, resulting in a credit of $273,733.74. This adjustment accounts for the unused portions of the Contractor’s Schedule updates, the adjusted quantity for grading and backfills, and the remaining balance of the allowance item, as well as the complete deletion of bid items for cutting and abandoning sewer lines, manhole removals, and the temporary sound wall and shoring and bracing not used.
