Local non-profit/community use guidelines
[to be deemed to be Exhibit A-2 under the Food and Beverage Contract] For any Local and Community Non-Profit Group event for which the total food and beverage order is $750.00 or less, the licensee can use an outside vendor to fulfill such order with no buyout due to Contractor.
For local non-profit or community use events for which the total food and beverage order is greater than $750, such groups must use Contractor to service their food and beverage requirements, but certain qualified groups (as mutually agreed between Contractor and the Convention Center general manager) will receive a discount on their total catering bill equal to the current administrative fee published on menus. The current administrative fee is 24%.
