A Special Meeting of the Palm Springs City Council was called to order by Mayor Soto on September 17, 2026, at 1:32 PM.

Absent: None

The meeting convened into Closed Session to discuss the following items as listed on the Closed Session Meeting Agenda, with no reportable action.
