Mayor Ohlsen called the meeting to order at 3:20 pm.

Mayor Pro Tem Bishop arrived at 6:45 pm.
City Attorney Severino announced the following:
Councilmember Loa made a motion to continue tonight’s interviewing process so that all Councilmembers could participate in the interview and deliberation process. The motion failed for lack of a second.

1 to appoint Sal Mendez City Manager pending execution of a signed contract and completion of a background check. City Council directs the City Attorney to prepare a contract.
