Hello Council,
Looking forward to hearing the session on Monday! I've got three quick questions from reading the materials.

A point of clarification I'd like to be addressed:

The documentation states that the parts of the grid with overhead lines will be updated by 2027 - covering 90% of single family housing. Does this imply that multi-family housing has a different timeline and, if so, what does that look like? I also have some concerns around accessibility features in section 2.3 "Communicate effectively during outages." I know from previous correspondence with the city that these are English-only communications and that it is assumed that people who prefer a different language have devices capable of automatic translation. Is that still the case? And are there any concerns about people who may have other accessibility issues when it comes to using phones or computers?
Another point of clarification:

There is a Q2 2024 estimate for completion of 3.2 "Review, communicate, and streamline permitting and other regulatory rules for efficient and flexible electrification technologies." Does this item also address the Heat Pump Water Heater pilot program, or does this only pertain to distributive electric technologies?
Take care,
~Kat Snyder
