prolonged atmospheric river event continues with the second of three storms expected.
• Flood risk continues to be low in Palo Alto as of today's forecast. Significant rainfall likely Monday evening into Tuesday. • 20-35 mph winds possible with wind gusts to 50 mph impacting coastal areas and higher elevations.
• Heavy rain and winds could cause possible community impacts such as ponding water/debris in our roadways, higher creek levels and power outages.
