2470 EMBARCADERO WAY LEASE
I urge you to remove this item from your agenda and to return with an agenda item for the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) project that includes the Long Range Facilities Plan and Biosolids Facility Plan Update for the Regional Water Quality Control plant.
CEQA Regulation 15301 does not apply. Neither does CEQA Regulation 15302 that requires the replacement structure to be located on the same site as the existing structure.
The project does not merit a categorical exemption from CEQA.
