Dear Palo Alto City Council Members,
I'm writing to support the selection of Alta Housing on June 17 for agenda items 4. and 10. #4. is the approval of Alta Housing to develop the surface parking lot at Kipling and Lytton for Affordable Housing.
I respect the housing expertise of Alta Housing and encourage you to move forward with this initiative to convert this surface parking lot into affordable housing, relying on the leadership of Alta Housing for management of this initiative.
#10. In addition, I encourage
you to approve the Professional Contract with Alta Housing BMR Services for Administration and Consulting Services for the City's below market rate housing program. I look forward to seeing the good things that develop from this important initiative. I have great respect for the expertise of Alta Housing and their director Randy Tsuda and encourage you to select this respected community leader in housing
solution analysis and
project development to make real progress for our community.
