Councilmember Lythcott-Haims departed during closed session.

MOTION: Councilmember Reckdahl moved, seconded by Council member Burt to go into Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 4-0-3 (Lauing, Lu, Stone absent)
Council went into Closed Session at 5:47 P.M.
Council returned from Closed Session at 7:00 P.M.
Mayor Veenker announced no reportable action.
