Project Plans
In order to reduce paper consumption, a limited number of hard copy project plans are provided to Council members for their review. The same plans are available to the public, at all hours of the day, via the following online resources.
Environmental Document
An Initial Study (IS) Checklist (CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 Exemption) to determine consistency with the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (State Clearinghouse [SCH] #2014052101) certified in 2017 (“2017 EIR”) for the City of Palo Alto’s 2030 Comprehensive Plan was prepared for the project.
