FOR CITYWIDE TREE TRIMMING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT OF $222,000, FOR A TOTAL REVISED NOT TO EXCEED AGREEMENT AMOUNT OF $497,000; (2) ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION 22-XX ESTABLISHING THE BUDGETARY AUTHORITY FOR CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 3 Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 3 to City of Palos Verdes Estates Agreement with Travers Tree Service, Inc.
