CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 2:01 pm.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were none.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Roos announced that the City Council would recess to closed session to conference with legal counsel on the following existing litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(d) 1)
Spencer v City of Palos Verdes Estates, et al., LASC Case No. BC629596, COA Case No. B309225
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION AND CLOSED SESSON ANNOUNCEMENT At 2:49 pm. The Council reconvened to open session at which time the City Attorney announced that at 2:00 pm the City Council convened in open session took public comment and recessed to closed session for the item listed on the posted agenda. All five council members were present, and no reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further action to come before the City Council the meeting was adjourned at 2:49 pm.
