3. RECEIVE AND FILE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE MONTH ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 2023.
Recommendation: Staff recommends the City Council receive and file financial statements for the month ending November 30, 2023.

4. APPROVE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF PALOS VERDES ESTATES AND MV CHENG & ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE STAFFING FOR THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024.
Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to sign the First Amendment to the Contract for Professional Services between the City of Palos Verdes Estates and MV Cheng & Associates in order to: (1) Extend the term of the agreement by two years to June 30, 2025; and (2) For Fiscal Year 2023-2024, increase the not-to-exceed amount from $70,000 to $97,000.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Forum Info Tech for Information Technology services.

6. PARKLANDS COMMITTEE ACTION MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 9, 2023 MEETING.
Recommendation: That the City Council approve the Parklands Committee Action Minutes of the November 9, 2023 Meeting.

7. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH BENNETT LANDSCAPING TO UPDATE THE NOTICE DEADLINE TO RENEW THE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTVE THE AMENDED AGREEMENT.
Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Bennett Landscape revising the deadline for the contract renewal.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council review the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 City Council Work Plan and identify the top five priorities for the current fiscal year.

10. REVISED PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2027-2028.
Recommendation: That the City Council consider the revised proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024 through FY 2027-2028 and provide direction to staff.
