RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Resin reported all council members except McGowan were present. A vote was made of 3-1 with Councilmembers Roos, Kemps and Murdock in favor and Councilmember Lozzi against moving on from Elaine Jeng as our city manager and that the Council wanted to express their gratitude for her time here and her hard work and wish her the best for her future endeavors. Council took a second action which was unanimous to appoint Kerry Kallman as our Acting City Manager.
