CALL TO ORDER AT 4:00 P.M.

ALSO PRESENT: Interim City Manager Kallman, Assistant City Attorney Martz, Acting Chief Hellinga, Interim Finance Director Marsh, Community Development Director Brady, Public Works Director Seims, Senior Accountant Hayes
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
ACTION: Moved by Council Member McGowan to approve the agenda and seconded by Council Member Kemps.

NEW BUSINESS
1. CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION ON FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 OPERATING
REVENUES, POTENTIAL OPERATING EXPENSES, AND STRATAGIES TO
OFFSET ANTICIPATED OPERATING DEFECIT
Staff gave a presentation of the proposed FY 24/25 Operating Expenditures.
Council asked clarifying questions and provided direction regarding modifications and additional information needed at the next budget meeting, including an updated schedule of the Contractual Services contracts by department.
