CALL TO ORDER at 4:34 P.M.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Mayor Murdock, Council Member Kemps, Council Member McGowan Council Member Roos joined at 4:45 P.M. Mayor Pro Tem Lozzi joined at 5:45 P.M.
ALSO PRESENT: Interim City Manager Kallman, City Attorney Rusin, Community Development Director Brady.

CLOSED SESSION
This time has been set aside for the City Council to meet in a closed session to discuss the matters listed below pursuant to Government Code § 54957. The Mayor or City Attorney will give an additional oral report regarding the closed session.

Council recessed to closed session from 4:36 P.M. to 6:48 P.M.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Rusin reported all five Council Members were present with Council Member Roos not present starting around 5:50 P.M. There were no reportable actions taken but Council asked him to share the City will be releasing the Geosyntec report regarding the resistivity study of water intrusion and potential solutions and costs. A proposal for an expanded scope study will be coming to City Council in an open session.
