CALL TO ORDER AT 6:00 P.M.

ABSENT: Councilmember Kemps
ALSO PRESENT City Manager Kallman, City Attorney Rusin and City Clerk Cook COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC- None
CLOSED SESSION
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) or (3) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9. (Number of potential cases: 1) The Council recessed to closed session at 6:01 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened to open session at 6:31 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Rusin reported that the City Council unanimously directed staff with Councilmember Kemps absent to initiate an action. City Attorney Rusin further noted that the details of the directed action, following formal commencement, will be disclosed to the public upon inquiry.
