Copies of the staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business referred to on the agenda are on file in the office of the City Clerk and are available for public inspection. If applicable, materials related to an item on this agenda submitted to the Council after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public inspection in the City Clerk's office during normal business hours. Any person having any question concerning any agenda item may call the City Clerk to make inquiry concerning the item. LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR AB 2517 (CALDERON): FIRE HAZARD SEVERITY ZONES Recommendation: Staff recommends That the City Council authorize the Mayor to sign the Letter of Support for AB 2517 (Calderon), which improves the Fire Hazard Severity Zone (FHSZ) mapping process for Local Responsibility Areas.

REPORT ON LONG-TERM PENSION OBLIGATIONS AND ANALYSIS OF CONTRIBUTING MORE THAN THE NORMAL PAYMENT AMOUNT Recommendation: Staff recommends That the City Council Staff recommends that the City Council hear a report from the City’s pension consultant, GovInvest, on the status of the City’s pension costs and obligations.

7. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. R26-12 ACCEPTING ALL OF VOLUME 1 AND THE PVE PORTION OF VOLUME 2 WITHIN THE 2026 PALOS VERDES PENINSULA MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. R26-12, thereby adopting the 2026 Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Volume 1 and the Palos Verdes Estates portion of Volume 2.
