PARADISE TOWN COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING – 5:30 PM – November 07, 2022
1. OPENING
The Special meeting of the Paradise Town Council was called to order by Mayor Crowder at 5:31 p.m. in the Town Council Chamber located at 5555 Skyway, Paradise, California who led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Greg Bolin, Steve “Woody” Culleton, Jody Jones, Rose Tryon and Steve Crowder, Mayor.
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Town Manager Kevin Phillips, Town Clerk Dina Volenski, Town Attorney Scott E. Huber, Public Works Director/Town Engineer Marc Mattox, Engineering Division Manager Ashley Stanley, and Community Development Director Anthony Lindsey.
There were no public comments.
Mayor Crowder recessed the meeting into Closed Session at 5:32 p.m.
2. CLOSED SESSION
2a. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(4), the Town Council will meet with the Town Manager and Town Attorney to consider initiation of litigation (4 potential cases).
After reconvening from Closed Session at 6:05 p.m., Mayor Crowder announced that no reportable action was taken.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Crowder adjourned the Special Council meeting at 6:05 p.m.
