NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, that at the call of a majority of the Town Council a special meeting has been set for 5:15 p.m., February 14, 2023, in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 5555 Skyway, Paradise, for the following purpose:
2. CLOSED SESSION
2a. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(4), the Town Council will meet with the Town Manager and Town Attorney to consider initiation of litigation - seven (7) potential cases.
Members of the public may address the Town Council only on items listed on the special meeting agenda. The Council is prohibited by law from considering any other business at this meeting.
