NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, that at the call of the Mayor of the Paradise Town Council a special meeting has been set for 5:30 p.m., March 12, 2024, in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 5555 Skyway, Paradise, for the following purpose:
2. CONSIDERATION
2a. Discuss and consider adopting Resolution No. 2024- ___, “A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Paradise Authorizing Submittal of an application to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development for funding under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program; and if selected, the execution of a standard agreement, any amendments thereto, and of any related documents necessary to participate in the HOME Investment Partnerships Program.” (ROLL CALL VOTE) Members of the public may address the Town Council only on items listed on the special meeting agenda. The Council is prohibited by law from considering any other business at this meeting.
