SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE/AGENDA
4:50 P.M. – November 12, 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, that at the call of the Mayor of the Paradise Town Council a special meeting has been set for 4:50 p.m., November 12, 2025, in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 5555 Skyway, Paradise, for the following purpose:
2. CLOSED SESSION
2a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, the Town Council will hold a closed session to meet with the Town Manager, and Town Attorney regarding labor relations between the Town of Paradise and the Paradise Firefighter’s Association.
2b. ANTICIPATED LITIGATION. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(2), the Council will meet with the Town Manager and the Town Attorney regarding anticipated litigation – one case.
Members of the public may address the Town Council only on items listed on the special meeting agenda. The Council is prohibited by law from considering any other business at this meeting.
