MINUTES
PARADISE TOWN COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING – 5:45 PM – March 10, 2026
1. OPENING
The Special meeting of the Paradise Town Council was called to order by Mayor Crowder at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5555 Skyway, Paradise, California who led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Greg Bolin, Steve “Woody” Culleton, Heidi Lange, Ronald Lassonde, and Steve Crowder, Mayor.
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Interim Town Manager Michael O’Brien, Town Attorney Scott E.
Huber, Town Clerk/Elections Official Melanie Elvis, Assistant Town Manager Marc Mattox, and Information Systems Director Luis Marquez.
At 5:45 p.m. Mayor Crowder announced that the Town Council would adjourn to Closed Session for the following items:
2. CLOSED SESSION
2a. REAL PROPERTY. Pursuant to Gov. Code section 54956.8 the Council will meet with Real Property Negotiators, Town Manager and Town Attorney, regarding the following properties: APN 050-013-011, 050-013- 012, 050-013-018, 050-013-046, 050-013-058, 050-013-059, 050-013-063, 050-040-023, 050-040-114, 050-040-124, 050-040-132, 050-040-145, 050- 052-051, 050-082-061. The negotiators for the property owner(s) are unknown at this time.
After reconvening from Closed Session at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Crowder announced direction was given; no reportable action taken.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Crowder adjourned the Council meeting at 6:00 p.m.
