PARADISE TOWN COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING – 5:15 PM – May 12, 2026
1. OPENING
The Special meeting of the Paradise Town Council was called to order by Mayor Crowder at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5555 Skyway, Paradise, California who led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Greg Bolin, Steve “Woody” Culleton, Heidi Lange, Ronald Lassonde, and Steve Crowder, Mayor.
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Interim Town Manager Michael O’Brien, Town Attorney Scott E.
Huber, Town Clerk/Elections Official Melanie Elvis, Assistant Town Manager Marc Mattox, Police Chief Eric Reinbold, Community Development Director Tony Lindsey, and Information Systems Director Luis Marquez.
At 5:15 p.m. Mayor Crowder announced that the Town Council would adjourn to Closed Session for the following items:

2a. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Council will meet with Real Property Negotiators, Town Manager and Town Attorney, regarding the following properties: APN. 050-082-091, 053-250-056, 050-171-033, 053-250-038, 050-082-073, 053-240-040, 053-240-030, 053-240-039, 053- 250-058, 053-250-070, 050-171-012, 050-171-017, 053-250-127, 053-240- 029, 050-140-080, 050-171-013, 050-171-038, 050-082-088, 053-250-093, 050-171-032, 053-340-102, 050-171-037, 050-171-019, 050-140-163. The negotiators for the property owner(s) are unknown at this time. 2b. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Council will meet with Real Property Negotiators, Town Manager and Town Attorney, regarding the following properties: APN 066-460-014. The negotiators for the property owner(s) are unknown at this time.
2c. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Council will meet with Real Property Negotiators, Town Manager and Town Attorney, regarding the following properties: APN: TBD. The negotiators for the property owner(s) are unknown at this time and TBD.
After reconvening from Closed Session at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Crowder announced that direction was given; no reportable action was taken.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Crowder adjourned the Council meeting at 6:00 p.m.
