All public comments are limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes unless an extension is granted. No action may be taken on items not on the agenda except as provided by law. Recommended Action: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the

Recommended Action: Approve Tract Map No. 84130 and
authorize the City Clerk to execute the map on behalf of the City of Paramount.
10. APPROVAL AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT ART
STATUE FOR PARAMOUNT POND
Recommended Action: 1) Appropriate $70,262.50 from the Art Fund; and 2) Authorize the purchase and installation of the replacement bronze art statue for the Paramount Pond to National Sculptors’ Guild, Loveland, Colorado, in the amount of $63,875.
11. APPROVAL FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH J.K. DESIGNS FOR THE VETERANS MEMORIAL CIRCLE (CITY PROJECT NO.

16. APPROVAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ECONOMIC & PLANNING SYSTEMS, INC. TO CONDUCT A DEVELOPMENT
IMPACT FEE NEXUS STUDY
Recommended Action: Approve a professional services
agreement with Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $215,850.00 for a Development Impact Fee Nexus Study and authorize the Mayor or her designee to execute the agreement
17. APPROVAL AGREEMENT WITH STUDIO ONE-ELEVEN FOR
CONSTRUCTION DESIGN OF THE PARAMOUNT PARK
COMMUNITY CENTER EXPANSION AND RENOVATION
PROJECT (CITY PROJECT NO. 9464)
Recommended Action: Approve the agreement with Studio OneEleven, in the amount of $827,355 for the construction design of the Paramount Park Community Center Expansion and Renovation project (City Project No. 9464) and authorize the Mayor or her designee to execute the agreement.
