ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Government Code § 54956.9(d)(2) – Two (2) cases
At 3:56 p.m. Mayor Delgadillo called the meeting back
to order in open session.
Derek Cole, Cole Huber LLP reported that the City
Council met in closed session to discuss the matter
listed above and provided direction with no other
reportable action being taken.

There being no further business to come before the
City Council, Mayor Delgadillo adjourned the meeting
