4:02 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 16400
Colorado Avenue, Paramount, California.

NEW BUSINESS
1. APPROVAL
Master Legal Services
Agreement with
Richards, Watson &
Gershon for City
Attorney Services
Assistant City Manager Chavez gave the report.
It was moved by Councilmember Cuellar Stallings and
seconded by Vice Mayor Lemons to approve the
Master Legal Services Agreement with Richards,
Watson & Gershon for City Attorney services for an
initial three-year term commencing December 4, 2024,
with automatic renewals thereafter until either party
chooses to terminate the agreement by giving
appropriate notice as defined in the agreement and
authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement. The
motion was passed by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Aguayo, Olmos,
Cuellar Stallings; Vice Mayor Lemons;
and Mayor Delgadillo
NOES: None

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
City Council, Mayor Delgadillo adjourned the meeting
at 4:08 p.m. to an adjourned meeting on December 17,
2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall,
16400 Colorado Avenue, Paramount, CA 90723
