9. APPROVAL REQUEST FOR INSTALLATION OF A DISABLED PARKING ZONE IN FRONT OF 7615 JEFFERSON STREET
Recommended Action: Approve the request for installation of a disabled parking zone in front of 7615 Jefferson Street.

Recommended Action: Approve the request for installation of a disabled parking zone in front of 13939 Ruther Avenue.
11. APPROVAL AGREEMENT WITH HAMILTON ARCHITECTS, INC. FOR
DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE
PARAMOUNT SAW COMMUNITY ROOMS AND MUSEUM
PROJECT
Recommended Action: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Hamilton Architects, Inc., for a not to exceed amount of $70,400 for the design services of the Paramount Saw Community Meeting Rooms/Museum project commencing
immediately and ending on June 30, 2025.

ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT (CITY PROJECT NO. 9434)
Recommended Action: Accept the work performed by Terra Pave, Inc., Whittier, California, for the alley improvement project and authorize payment of the retention.
14. APPROVAL AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH ADOPT A HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE CORPORATION FOR ADOPT-AHIGHWAY SERVICES Recommended Action: 1) Appropriate an additional $23,250 from the unallocated General Fund balance to the FY24-25 Public Works Landscape Maintenance and Operations budget; and 2) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Adopt-A-Highway
Maintenance Corporation for augmented Adopt-A-Highway
services; and authorize the Mayor or her designee to sign the amendment.

Recommended Action: 1) Appropriate an additional $40,500 from the available Water Fund; and 2) Award the contract for Water Well 16 fencing to A&G Sales, Downey, CA in the amount of $36,807.80, and authorize the Mayor or her designee to execute the agreement.
