9:06 a.m. in the Auditorium at Progress Park Plaza,
15500 Downey Avenue, Paramount, California.

City Manager Moreno and Mike Shellito with Shellito
Training and Consulting facilitated an interactive
teambuilding and goalsetting workshop. The workshop
discussion topics included:
• Improving Teamwork and Decision-Making (led by
Mr. Shellito)
• Review of 2024 Accomplishments
• Discussion of Issues, Opportunities and
Challenges facing the City of Paramount (led by
Mr. Shellito)

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
City Council, Mayor Delgadillo adjourned the meeting
at 2:20 p.m. The next meeting will be held on January
14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City
Hall, 16400 Colorado Avenue, Paramount, CA 90723.
