6:15 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 16400
Colorado Avenue, Paramount, California.

Present: Councilmember Isabel Aguayo
Councilmember Vilma Cuellar Stallings
Vice Mayor Brenda Olmos
Mayor Peggy Lemons
Absent: Councilmember Annette C. Delgadillo
It was moved by Vice Mayor Olmos and seconded by
Councilmember Aguayo to excuse Councilmember
Delgadillo’s absence. The motion was passed
unanimously by those present.
STAFF PRESENT: John Moreno, City Manager
Nicholas R. Ghirelli, City Attorney
Grissel Chavez, Assistant City Manager
Adriana Hermosillo, Deputy City Clerk
PUBLIC COMMENTS
The following individual addressed the City Council
and provided public comment: Karina Cortez.
Mayor Lemons recessed the City Council meeting to
Closed session at 6:18 p.m. to discuss the matter listed below.

Mayor Lemons called the meeting back to order in
open session at 7:09 p.m.

City Attorney Ghirelli reported that the City Council met in closed session to discuss the items listed above and no reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
City Council, Mayor Lemons adjourned the meeting at
7:10 p.m. to a meeting on June 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
