4:32 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall,
16400 Colorado Avenue, Paramount, California.

It was moved by Councilmember Olmos and seconded
by Councilmember Cuellar Stallings to excuse
Councilmember Delgadillo’s absence. The motion
was passed by the following roll call vote:

Vice Mayor Olmos, and Mayor Lemons
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers Aguayo and Delgadillo

1. PRESENTATION
Overview of Crisis
Communication plan and
role of City Council
CF 39.2
The Administrative Services Department, along with
Sarah Madsen and Alexis Gillam with the City’s
communications consulting firm Tripepi Smith,
provided a detailed overview of the City’s crisis
communication plan that is in development, including
guidance on the role of City Council members in crisis
communications.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
City Council, Mayor Lemons adjourned the meeting at
4:59 p.m. to a meeting on November 18, 2025 at 6:00
p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 16400
Colorado Avenue, Paramount, CA.
