Smith facilitated an interactive governance and
goalsetting workshop. The workshop discussion topics
included:
• Good Governance Presentation (Egan)
• Review of 2025 Accomplishments (Moreno)
• Overview of Department Goals for 2026 (Moreno)
• City Council Goals & Priorities for 2026

City Council, Mayor Lemons adjourned the meeting at
