SECTION 4. Be it further resolved that we encourage all residents, businesses, employees, and community members to participate in Clean Air Day and help clean the air for all Californians by taking actions such as patronizing shops located in the City, walking or biking as alternatives to driving, reporting contaminants in the air, and adopting composting as an everyday practice.
SECTION 5. Based upon the foregoing findings, the City Council approves Resolution No. 26:037.
SECTION 6. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
