REGULAR BUSINESS:
1. SUBJECT: Consideration and Necessary action Approval of Resolution 2024-48 to conduct a public hearing and council’s intention to confirm the collection of the annual assessment for Parlier Landscaping Maintenance and Lighting District No. 1 by resolution.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adopting Resolution No. 2024-48 titled, “Confirming Diagram and Assessment, Annual Levy 2024-2025, Landscaping Maintenance and Lighting District No. 1” and authorize the filing of the Resolution and Engineer’s Report.
2. SUBJECT: Consideration and Necessary action Approval of Resolution No. 2024-49 Concerning Measure C Local Transportation Purposes pass-through projects and program funds annual allocation for fiscal year 2024-2025.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-49 titled, “Concerning Measure C Local Transportation Purposes pass-through projects and program funds annual allocation for fiscal year 2024-2025.”
